Flooded Laminate Flooring in Natchitoches, LA

This was a job that our team responded to in Natchitoches. This flooded living room floor was the result of a sewer back up.  Although water was not standing on top of the laminate flooring, it had seeped beneath it, causing the buckling shown.  Our team took the proper safety procedures to handle this water damage situation. We set the proper expectations with the customer so they were aware of what to expect in the following days. The customer was very happy with the team's work and was pleased with how we communicated with them throughout the whole process.
